NEW NAIRA NOTES: Finally, Emefiele appears before Reps
The governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Tuesday responded to a summons by the ad hoc committee of the House of Representatives on the cashless policy and deadline for the replacement of old currency notes.
He was at the National Assembly premises with other officials of the apex bank to answer to the committee.
He had been previously summoned but failed to make an appearance.
